Bill Harding
President
Bill Harding founded Net5 Software Engineering, Inc. in 1997 as
a custom software development shop.A seasoned software professional
with extensive experience inrequirements collection, project
planning and team building; Bill's emphasis in software architecture,
software development life cycle (SDLC) management, process improvement,
and quality assurance has focused Net5se's delivery of top-quality,
yet affordable software solutions.
Bill also served as a board member of his homeowners association,
first as Director of Security and later as Director of Codes Conditions
and Restrictions (CC&R). This experience gives Bill a firsthand
understanding of the challenges faced by community association
directors and contracted management teams, and of the value of
CAM*Pro as an organizational tool for use by all key players in
a successful community association.
Bill holds a Masters Degree in Computer Engineering from the Air
Force Institute of Technology.
Gayle J. Hasley
Principal Consultant
Gayle J. Hasley has worked as a Community Association Manager since 1987. Prior to that, she was a board member and the President of her homeowners association for six years. CAM*Pro Softwarebegan as part of her effort to bring more organization to the properties she managed. What started as a simple maintenance tracking database has over the years grown into a full fledged, comprehensive tool to track and organize all aspects of the management function.
Gayle held her California Community Association Management Certificate from 1993
- 1996.She also earned the Association Management Specialist designation from
Community Association Institute. Well versed in all aspects of construction management,
community management, and organization development, Gayle has consulted with
many boards, trained managers and boards, and presented at meetings and conferences
both regionally and nationally.
Besides driving the development, testing, and support of CAM*Pro, Gayle continues
to manage the association in which she has lived and managed for 16 years, as
well as a small 12-unit association.
