Yes - After you submit your CAM*Pro license number and your e-mail address on this page, instructions on how to electronically download the latest CAM*Pro software upgrade will be e-mailed to you.
How do I check to see which version I have?
Right-click anywhere on CAM*Pros main menu and click About. If you have version 3.0 or earlier you should upgrade.
How do I find my CAM*Pro license number?
Execute your CAM*Pro software, and select menu option CAM*Pro Specifics and drop-down option CAM*Pro Configuration. Your license number is displayed in the License ID field.
Will my stored information be preserved after I upgrade?
The contents of your database will not be changed or deleted during the upgrade process. To be safe, you may choose to save a backup copy of your database prior to applying the upgrade (the name and location of your database file is specified under menu option CAM*Pro Specifics and drop-down option Data File Location).
Will I need to activate my software again after upgrading?
No - Upgrade changes will take effect immediately. But to avoid any file permission problems, be sure that all users of CAM*Pro have exited the software before you initiate the upgrade process.
